* On every package, you are limited to 2 client-based revisions per each page. Any revisions beyond 2 are considered additional and may be billed at $75/hour (at a half hour minimum). You will be notified before additional revisions are made and billed.
* Should your site require additional work beyond the package you select, you must upgrade to the package most suited to your needs, or we can negotiate additional services and associated costs to complete your site to your specification.
* Beyond inclusion of site Meta-Tags, our packages do not include additional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.
* Once you have chosen your Package, we will send you a set of Microsoft Word documents in which to create and edit text for the custom pages your package includes. Please note that for all non-custom pages, we will make adjustments to our standard “boilerplate” text to include your boot camp name, programs and contact information.
* Standard turnaround time for Silver and Gold packages is two weeks. Standard turnaround time for Platinum packages is 3-4 weeks. This is largely dependent on the timeliness in which we receive initial information and revisions.

Before we begin development of your site:

Before we begin work on your site, you will need to purchase and/or setup the following items on the checklist, below:

Setup Domain Name. This can be done with NESTA at www.myfitnesscompany.com, or the domain registration company of your choice. Your domain name is the address for your web site, i.e. www.myadventurebootcamp.com.

Setup Hosting Account. This can be done with NESTA at www.myfitnesscompany.com, or the hosting company of your choice.

IMPORTANT: Regardless of what hosting company you sign up with, you must ensure that your site is hosted on a Linux, Unix or Apache server. If set up on Windows, you may experience a problem with Registration and Contact forms and we cannot guarantee that they will work.

Ensure Domain Name points to your Hosting Account server. This is handled at your Domain Name Registrar. Enter the DNS (domain name servers) that your Hosting Account specifies for your domain name.

Setup PayPal or other Merchant Account. If you wish to accept credit cards online, you must set up a PayPal or other Merchant Account. Our packages DO NOT include setup of a custom shopping cart.

If you select PayPal, we will provide links from your Registration form to your PayPal account. you must verify your e-mail address with PayPal in order for us to set up a “Buy Now” button on your Registration page.

If you select another merchant account, you must purchase a Secure Certificate from your hosting provider. We will add an area for credit card billing entry on your secure Registration form, which you will receive in your e-mail when a client signs up for your program. It is then up to you to process the information with your Merchant.

Ultimately, we will require your domain name, username and password for both Hosting and PayPal accounts (to post your site to your Hosting server and create links to your PayPal account).
