Apostilles for California documents
INACO helps prepare and route eligible California documents for apostille, including vital records, notarized documents, school records, corporate documents, powers of attorney, and other records intended for use abroad.
Document review before submission
Apostille requirements depend on who issued or signed the document. We review the document type, whether a certified copy is needed, whether notarization is required, and which California authority should authenticate it.
Mexico and international use
A California apostille can be used in Mexico and other countries that participate in the Hague Apostille Convention. The receiving agency may also require a translation or additional local steps.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended, especially for mobile service, facility visits, apostilles and document packages.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Norma provides service in both English and Spanish.
Can you tell me exactly what a government agency will accept?
We can help you understand common document requirements, but the receiving agency controls its own rules. For important filings, confirm current requirements with that agency.
